Before you get started.
Do you write the website copy?
Yes. Copy for the website pages we agree on before starting is included in the $399 setup. You provide the business details, services, service area, and approved photos. We write the page copy, and you check the business-specific information before launch. Optional blog articles are priced separately.
Will my website look like every other business?
Your website includes the pages your business needs, including individual service pages and relevant location pages. We’ll work out the page list together before we start. Your services, real photos, and customer questions shape the content. You can see our work in the portfolio.
How long will the setup take?
We confirm the target launch date after reviewing your scope, our availability, and the information and account access needed. Owner approvals and Google verification can affect the timing.
Can I review the website before it goes live?
Yes. Your full website setup includes two rounds of revisions before launch. Send your requested changes together in one list for each round.
Do I need a new domain, website, or Google profile?
Tell us what you already have. We review the existing setup first and confirm what can be kept, improved, or replaced. If a smaller repair makes more sense, we’ll explain it.
Does this include ongoing SEO or advertising?
The setup includes the website and Google essentials, basic on-page SEO, and core inquiry tracking. Ongoing SEO, ad management, and advertising spend are separate. After launch, we can discuss additional work when there is a clear reason for it.
What happens if I want to leave?
Your website, domain, and business accounts stay yours. Ongoing services require 30 days of written notice unless your agreement says otherwise. We explain any transfer work and cost in that agreement.
Do I need to pay before asking a question?
No. The initial conversation is free, and submitting a form doesn’t take payment or start a subscription. The $99 Marketing Audit is a separate option for a detailed independent review and roadmap.
Does the $399 include Google setup?
Yes. The core setup includes Google Business Profile setup or cleanup, Analytics, Search Console, sitemap submission, and website conversion tracking. Google Business Profile itself is free; our fee covers setup work. Google controls eligibility, verification, indexing, and rankings; we help you complete the required owner steps.
Do I have to use your hosting?
No. The $399 setup is a one-time purchase. You can host the website yourself or use another provider. TTM hosting and basic website care are optional at $39/month. We confirm the hosting requirements and handoff before launch.
What does the $39/month cover?
The optional $39/month plan covers website hosting, backups, security updates, and basic technical maintenance. You can self-host or use another provider. Articles, new features, paid ads, ongoing SEO, domain registration, and paid third-party services are separate.
Do I need any extras?
No. The full business setup is $399 one-time. TTM hosting and basic care are optional at $39/month. You can self-host or use another provider, and add other services separately.
Can I buy just one piece?
Yes. Google profile setup is $99, Facebook Page setup is $99, and basic tracking is $99. You can buy individual services separately too. See all service prices.
Do you run Google or Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. Advertising setup and ongoing management are separate from the $399 business setup and the optional $39/month website-care plan. Your ad budget is paid directly to the advertising platform. We confirm whether the campaign, budget, landing page, and tracking are ready before recommending a launch.
How do I buy?
Send your business details. We confirm the pages and target date, then send payment details. The $399 setup is paid upfront before work begins.
What do I need to provide?
Your business information, services and service area, actual photos or other approved assets, and appropriate access to your existing domain and business accounts. You approve business-specific claims and complete any owner verification required by Google.
